- May 18th, 2021 : Deadline for team fee and accommodation fee.
- 30 days before the tournament starts: Deadline to send the players list for all the teams.
- 30 days before the tournament starts: Deadline to send the rooming list for all the teams with accommodation package.

- Meals included. Full board.
(Arrival with dinner, departure with lunch) - Accommodation is based in 3, 4 or 5 persons room occupancy.
- Transfer from/to airport not included.
